Terms and conditions

Version 2026-10-18-no-payment-v4 · Updated 18 October 2026

Orders are approved without payment. Paid entries and real prize fulfilment are not available yet. Approval is not proof of payment or a real prize entitlement. These orders will not be charged later.

1. Who operates this website

The website operates under the name Crown Prize Co. Questions, complaints and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. Business postal address: Not yet supplied. Where business identity or contact details are incomplete, real paid entry is not available.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to register or check out. This service is restricted to residents of England aged 18 or over. Addresses and eligibility are self-declared; live identity and eligibility checks are not connected. Never submit someone else's personal information. At a live launch, entrants would need to supply accurate contact details, meet the published location restrictions and provide proportionate proof of identity or eligibility when reasonably required.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been misused. Do not use stolen payment details, automated entry tools, impersonation, voucher abuse or methods that interfere with the draw.

3. Tickets, prices and entry confirmation

Each raffle page states its prize, ticket price, allocation, opening arrangements and specific rules. Ticket prices and order summaries use pounds sterling. You may add multiple tickets to your basket and place additional orders while allocation remains available. Each checkout can contain up to 500 tickets across 20 raffles. A basket is not a reservation.

Tickets are accepted only when the server confirms the order. Each accepted ticket receives a number unique to its raffle and an individual entry reference. The order also has its own reference. The confirmation and My tickets pages are your records. A no-payment confirmation does not prove a real payment or entitlement to a prize.

4. Closing arrangements and draws

For sell-out raffles in this service, there is no fixed closing date. Entries close when the advertised allocation has been fully assigned. Progress reflects accepted, non-voided tickets; a raffle may remain open for an unknown period if allocation is not reached. The draw is scheduled after sell-out using the delay shown in that raffle's rules. For fixed-date raffles, the published closing and draw times apply. Times are displayed in the UK time zone.

The administrator performs the draw at or after the scheduled time. An accepted, non-voided ticket is selected randomly; every eligible ticket has an equal chance. Buying a ticket does not guarantee a win. Published prize details, prices, allocation and entry rules are not editable once published. A material problem is handled through cancellation and explanation rather than a silent change.

A real launch must have a closing policy and entry model that meet applicable legal and advertising requirements. An open-ended sell-out arrangement is not a claim that this model is appropriate for a live promotion. Planned free-entry arrangements: Not yet configured — no real-money entries accepted. No live paid promotion operates under this placeholder.

Administrators can stop entries or draw early after a separate confirmation. An early draw includes only accepted, non-cancelled tickets and permanently stops further entry. Original scheduled dates are retained alongside actual closing/draw times. This service override does not establish a right to change live promotions contrary to their published terms or applicable law.

5. Winners and prizes

Draw results appear in My tickets. Current draws do not award real prizes. At a live launch, each raffle must state what is included, delivery or collection requirements, any exclusions, how the winner will be contacted and the claim deadline. Public winner announcements should use only proportionate information, with any required disclosure process explained before entry. No undisclosed claim fee or delivery charge may be imposed after the draw.

6. Discounts and vouchers

Only one code may apply to a basket. Codes may have start and expiry times, minimum spend, overall usage limits and limits per account. The server validates the code again at checkout, and a code entered earlier may no longer be available. Discounts do not reduce a total below zero and have no cash value. The original ADMIN testing code is disabled; availability is controlled by the administrator. Existing confirmed orders keep the discount recorded at checkout.

7. Refunds, cancellations and unsuccessful entries

No payment is taken by this service, so there is no real payment to refund. Administrators can void orders before a draw; their tickets then become invalid and the allocation may become available again.

For a future live service, not winning a properly run draw would not, by itself, be a reason for a refund. That does not exclude refunds due to cancellation, duplicate or erroneous charges, an invalid entry caused by the organiser, failure to provide the agreed service, or any mandatory consumer right. A final live refund and cancellation policy must reflect the actual operating model and applicable law; this page does not ask you to waive statutory rights.

If a raffle is cancelled, the reason is shown to entrants. For real paid entries, the organiser would need to return amounts due through the payment provider and communicate the expected process and timing. A no-payment order marked void is not proof that any real refund has been issued.

8. Fair administration and account restrictions

Accounts may be suspended where necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service. Suspension does not automatically remove already accepted tickets. The organiser must act proportionately and give an explanation where lawful and practical. You can challenge a decision through the support contact above. We do not reserve a right to keep money while arbitrarily cancelling valid entries.

9. Privacy and account closure

Our privacy notice explains account data, exports, erasure requests and retention. Closing an account stops access immediately. Where tickets or prize claims remain unresolved, necessary contact details may be retained while the request is reviewed. Marketing is optional and is not a condition of registration or entry.

10. Responsibility and your rights

We aim to keep this service accurate and available, but it is a service in preparation for full launch and may be interrupted or changed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes, questions and complaints

The current version is identified above. Each confirmed order records the terms version accepted at checkout. Before a live launch, the organiser must define how changes, complaints, disputes and any applicable governing-law provisions work without taking away mandatory rights. Contact [email protected] with your account or order reference; never send your password or full card details.
